Every reading starts with an instrument

Pressure gauges, thermometers, multimeters, torque wrenches, weights — every instrument drifts with use and time. When yours are due, bring them to our lab, or we calibrate installed equipment at your site.

02Inspect

First, a close look

Before any measurement, we check physical condition and run a functional check across the range. Damaged or unstable instruments are flagged before calibration starts.

03Calibrate

Compared against a reference standard

The gauge is connected to a reference standard and checked at test points across its range. At each point we record what the reference applies and what your instrument reads.

04Verify

Within tolerance — or not

Each error is compared with the acceptance limits for your instrument. Pass, and it moves to certification. Out of tolerance, and we tell you — then adjust or repair it where it can be brought back.

05Certify

Certified and labelled

You receive a calibration certificate with the results and the next due date, and the instrument gets a calibration label — so its status is visible right where it's used.

06Back to work

Back in service, audit-ready

Your instrument returns to work with the paperwork to prove its accuracy. When the next due date comes round, the journey starts again.
